Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. If you are not satisfied with a purchase for any reason, you may return it for a full refund (less any shipping charges) within 30 days of date of purchase, provided the item is still in original packaging and unused. If the product is defective, we will work with you to get a replacement or repair from the manufacturer. Please ask for manufacturer warranty information specific to the products purchased, if needed.

Note: Used products come with no warranty and are sold in “as-is” condition.

Sales on clearance items are final.

After 30 days, there is a 10% restocking fee for new items returned.

 

Return & buy-back policies on specific items:

Baby Carriers- We will refund the full purchase price within 30 days for any carrier still in like new condition (at the sole discretion of Go, Baby, Go!) with all packaging if you are not satisfied with it for any reason.

*As of Dec. 2008, we are not currently buying used carriers for resale. Sorry for any inconvenience.

 

· Cloth Diapers- We cannot refund the full purchase price for used diapers. Please check for correct size and any defects prior to washing and using. We will, however, buy back used diapers if the following criteria are met:

Diapers do not show signs of undue wear.

Diapers are clean with no rips, stains, tears, pet hair or smoke-smell.

The following timeline and price scale will be used:

1 to 14 days from date of purchase (or date of baby’s birth for registry gifts)- 75% of purchase price will be given

15 to 30 days from date of purchase (or date of baby’s birth for registry gifts)- 60% of purchase price will be given

31 to 60 days from date of purchase (or date of baby’s birth for registry gifts) - 50% of purchase price will be given

After 60 days, diapers will be bought back at the standard 40-45% of original retail value at the sole discretion of Go, Baby, Go!.

 

· Soft-soled leather shoes & clothing- A full refund will be given within 30 days for shoes if they are still in new condition with original packaging. Sorry, but we do not buy & sell used shoes or clothing.
