Store Policies

Payment options:By submitting payment, you have accepted our store policies and terms of delivery. Payment options are by:

PayPal: Pay easily through PayPal with your credit card or PayPal funded account.It's not necessary to have a PayPal account either!

All major credit cards: Securely pay with your credit card on-line, processed via Pay Pal, or phone in your credit card to be processed.

Checks/Money Order/Cashiers Checks: We welcome payment by this method. Payment must be received within 7 days of placing the order and orders will be held until check clears (usually 3-5 business days).

Shipping:

We ship within the United States and APO/FPO addresses and US Territories via USPS Priority mail with delivery confirmation, First Class or Parcel Post or occasionally UPS for heavier packages. Free shipping (over $100) may be shipped via the method of our choice. Shipping charges vary based on total items purchased and method of delivery. The following scale is used:

USPS priority (if 1 bag of Rockin Green is the ONLY item shipping, this option may be used)

1-4 items=6.50

5 items=7.00

6 items=7.50

7 items=8.00

8 items=8.50

9 items=9.00

10 items=9.50

11+=add $.25 per item

Standard (no detergent shipping in order) First Class, Parcel or UPS

1 item=4.00

2-4 items=4.50

5 items=5.50

6+= add $.25 per item

Standard (with detergent (any number of bags) and other items) This option MUST be used for all orders that include 1 or more bags of Rockin Green detergent in combination with any other items) Parcel Post or UPS

1-2 items=8.00

3 items=8.50

4 items=9.00

5 items=9.50

6 items=10.00

7 items=10.50

8 items=11.00

9 items=11.50

10+= add $.25 per item

Pick-up is available in San Antonio & Floresville. Please email us to schedule a time & location for this option.

Returns:

We will gladly accept any new item returned within 30 days of purchase for exchange or full refund (less shipping charges– items that qualified for free shipping will have shipping charges deducted). Returns after 30 days are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Please inspect your items before using or washing.

Opened packages, washed or used items cannot be returned for the full price. Please see below for our buyback policy regarding diapers.
Skin care items & open detergent can not be returned.
Sales on clearance items are final.
Returns on special order merchandise are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Please email us at returns@gobabygoshop.com before attempting any return for directions on how to return an item to us.

We will buy back used diapers if the following criteria are met:

Diapers do not show signs of undue wear.

Diapers are clean with no rips, stains, tears, pet hair or smoke-smell.

The following timeline and price scale will be used:

1 to 14 days from date of purchase (or date of baby’s birth for registry gifts)- 75% of purchase price will be given

15 to 30 days from date of purchase (or date of baby’s birth for registry gifts)- 60% of purchase price will be given

31 to 60 days from date of purchase (or date of baby’s birth for registry gifts) - 50% of purchase price will be given

After 60 days, diapers will be bought back at the standard 40% of original retail value at the sole discretion of Go, Baby, Go!.

Special Orders:

We try very hard to keep our inventory but occasionally we know that you will need a different size or color that we don't keep in stock. We are happy to special order these items for you - just email us at orders@gobabygoshop.com with the item, size and color you are looking for. Returns on special order merchandise are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Most special orders take 1-2 weeks to get you and are not included in any promotional offers.

Discounts:

From time to time, we offer special discount codes for our on line customers. We will send special notices via email, Face Book or Twitter about these special discounts.

We appreciate the service to our community given by our active duty military, police & fire fighters. As a special thank you, we offer a 10% discount to these personnel and their immediate families. If you qualify for this discount, please email us a copy of your military ID, police or fire ID or badge. If you would prefer to mail this copy for our files, please email us for our mailing address. Once we receive this verification, we will issue your discount code.

Defective items:

Most manufacturers offer warranties on their items that we carry in our store. Please contact us via email info@gobabygoshop.com if you receive a defective item. We will work with you to fix the problem immediately.

Security and Privacy:

The security of our transactions and your privacy is most important to us. Therefore, we will never sell or distribute your name or other information to a 3rd party and this information is only used for Go, Baby, Go! purposes. Your credit card transactions are processed through PayPal; therefore we never see your credit card number through online sales.
