By submitting payment, you have accepted our store policies and terms of delivery. Payment options are by:
PayPal: Pay easily through PayPal with your credit card or PayPal funded account.It's not necessary to have a PayPal account either!
All major credit cards: Securely pay with your credit card on-line, processed via Pay Pal, or phone in your credit card to be processed.
Checks/Money Order/Cashiers Checks: We welcome payment by this method. Payment must be received within 7 days of placing the order and orders will be held until check clears (usually 3-5 business days).
Military, Fire and Police Discount: Upon your initial order, contact Liz at info@gobabygoshop.com or by phone to present your military/police/fire ID and receive 10% off your order. After the initial sale, your online account will be added to our "Military Mamas" group and you will automatically receive a 10% discount off of future orders. We truly appreciate your service. Military Discount does not apply to Cotton Babies or GroVia products according to manufacturer policy. Discount does not apply to special sales items or manufacturer-sponsored sales (ie, BG buy 5 get one free, GV Gro to Go). ONE DISCOUNT AT A TIME. If you are redeeming your loyalty points, your military discount will not apply to that particular order. Thank you for understanding.
Shipping:
Orders of in-stock merchandise placed before noon will normally ship on the same day, but this is not 100% guaranteed. Orders placed after noon on weekdays will frequently ship same-day, or absolutely ship the following day. Drop ship items ordered before noon will be ordered same-day and shipped according to the manufacturer’s standards. If there will be a delay in shipping or a backorder, we will contact you via the email address you provide us with at checkout. We ship within the United States and APO/FPO addresses and US Territories via USPS Priority mail with delivery confirmation, First Class or Parcel Post or occasionally UPS for heavier packages. Free shipping (purchases over $45.00) may be shipped via the method of our choice. If you require faster shipping, please contact us for additional charges. WE DO NOT SHIP INTERNATIONALLY. Pick-up is available in San Antonio in the Alamo Heights area at 6104 Broadway Suite C-4 (78209) during store hours or by appointment.
Returns:
We will gladly accept any new item returned within 30 days of purchase (or baby’s birth date) for exchange or full refund (less shipping charges– items that qualified for free shipping will have shipping charges deducted). Returns after 30 days are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Please inspect your items before using or washing, including the snaps.

We will buy back used diapers at 75% of retail value within 30 days of original purchase (or baby's birth) for STORE CREDIT if the following criteria are met:
After 30 days, diapers will be bought back at the sole discretion of Go, Baby, Go!.
Special Orders and Drop Shipping:
We try very hard to keep our inventory fully stocked, but occasionally we know that you will need a different size or color that we don't keep in stock. We are happy to special order these items for you - just email us at info@gobabygoshop.com with the item, size and color you are looking for. Returns on special order merchandise are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Most special orders take 1-2 weeks to get you and are not included in any promotional offers. Drop shipped items are not included in sales or promotions.
Discounts:
From time to time, we offer special discount codes for our on line customers. We will send special notices via email, Face Book or Twitter about these special discounts.
We appreciate the service to our community given by our active duty military, veterans, police & fire fighters. As a special thank you, we offer a 10% discount to these personnel and their immediate families. If you qualify for this discount, please email us a copy of your military ID, police or fire ID or badge. If you would prefer to mail this copy for our files, please email us for our mailing address. Once we receive this verification, we will issue your discount code. This discount code cannot be combined with other discount codes or sales.
Defective items:
Most manufacturers offer warranties on their items that we carry in our store. Please contact us via email info@gobabygoshop.com if you receive a defective item. We will work with you to fix the problem immediately.
Security and Privacy:
The security of our transactions and your privacy is most important to us. Therefore, we will never sell or distribute your name or other information to a 3rd party and this information is only used for Go, Baby, Go! purposes. Your credit card transactions are processed through PayPal; therefore we never see your credit card number through online sales
Customer Loyalty Rewards Program:
We love our customers! To thank you for your loyalty, Go, Baby, Go! awards 1 loyalty point for every pre-tax/pre-shipping dollar spent.
100 points = $5 store credit
200 points = $10 store credit
300 points = $15 store credit
...$5 for every additional 100 points
To redeem your loyalty credit:
Once you have accumulated 100 or more points, your store credit will appear in your online account. Points will continue to accumulate and do not expire, and store credit will be added to your account for every 100 points accrued by shopping with Go, Baby, Go!. Points accrue from both online and in-store sales.
Terms and conditions of the customer loyalty rewards program are subject to change at any time and without prior notice; however, store credit earned will never be revoked or expire. In other words, go ahead! Bank your credits!
