By submitting payment, you have accepted our store policies and terms of delivery. Payment options are by:
PayPal: Pay easily through PayPal with your credit card or PayPal funded account.It's not necessary to have a PayPal account either!
All major credit cards: Securely pay with your credit card on-line, processed via Pay Pal, or phone in your credit card to be processed.
Checks/Money Order/Cashiers Checks: We welcome payment by this method. Payment must be received within 7 days of placing the order and orders will be held until check clears (usually 3-5 business days).
Military, Fire and Police Discount: We appreciate the service of our fire, police, and armed forces. We have an in-store Military discount of 10% for these servicemen and their immediate family members with proof of ID. Sorry, we cannot do long-distance military discounts due to security reasons. Former locals already in our system may contact the store to get a military discount on their online orders.
Orders of in-stock merchandise will normally ship on the same or next day, but this is not 100% guaranteed. Drop ship items ordered before noon will be ordered same-day and shipped according to the manufacturer’s standards. If there will be a delay in shipping or a backorder, we will contact you via the email address you provide us with at checkout. Please make sure to set your spam filter to allow emails from firstname.lastname@example.org. If you have an urgent need, please call 210-320-1404 and we will do everything we can to take care of you!
We ship within the United States and APO/FPO addresses and US Territories via USPS Priority mail with delivery confirmation, First Class or Parcel Post or occasionally UPS for heavier packages. Free shipping (purchases over $45.00) may be shipped via the method of our choice. If you require faster shipping, please contact us for additional charges. WE DO NOT SHIP INTERNATIONALLY. The following scale is used to calculate shipping:
- USPS priority 2-3 days-$6 flat rate; local San Antonio Priority shipping is $5 flat rate
- Standard purchases under $45 are shipped 2-9 days First Class, Parcel, Priority Flat Rate or UPS, for $3.99 (in San Antonio metro area) or $4.99 (outside San Antonio metro area)
- Free shipping does not apply to Country Save or Allen's gallons of detergent and is sent the least expensive (but safe) way possible. In many cases this may be Priority Shipping. Please call for a shipping quote.
- Some special items do not qualify for FREE SHIPPING and this will be indicated in the product description.
Gift wrapping may delay the shipping of your order by 1 day in some cases depending on the time of day in which you place your order. If you have an urgent gift need, please call 210-320-1404 for immediate assistance and expedited service. I’m here to help!
Pick-up is available in San Antonio in the Alamo Heights area at 6104 Broadway Suite C-4 (78209) during store hours.
Return Policy--Customer satisfaction is our number one priority.
- We offer lifetime support on anything you buy from us. Your happiness is our priority.
- NEW BABY CARRIERS AND DIAPERS MAY BE RETURNED FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY UNLESS ITEM IS DEFECTIVE*.
- Used diapers and baby carriers may be returned within 30 days for 75% back in store credit.
- Gently Used Diapers and Maternity Clothing are Final Sale.
- We cannot accept returns on skin care items or laundry detergent for hygiene reasons. Thank you for understanding!
*If an item is defective: Most manufacturers offer warranties on their items that we carry in our store. Please contact us by phone or email firstname.lastname@example.org if you receive a defective item. We will work with you to fix the problem immediately. Most manufacturers prefer that consumers work directly with them to replace the product. We can fix broken snaps on diapers we sold to you on site while you wait if you would rather not send the diaper back to the manufacturer. This would not be covered under their warranty; it is a service we provide for diapers we sell. We fix any other snaps for $1 each.

Therefore, we will never sell or distribute your name or other information to a 3rd party and this information is only used for Go, Baby, Go! purposes. Your credit card transactions are processed through PayPal; therefore we never see your credit card number through online sales
Customer Loyalty Rewards Program:
We love our customers! We have an in-store rewards program for our local customers. Due to the extreme time constraints of bookkeeping and updating, loyalty points may only be redeemed in person at our local San Antonio store using your assigned discount card.
