Checks/Money Order/Cashiers Checks: We welcome payment by this method. Payment must be received within 7 days of placing the order and orders will be held until check clears (usually 3-5 business days).
Military, Fire and Police Discount: Upon your initial order, contact Liz at firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone to present your military/police/fire ID and receive 10% off your order. After the initial sale, your online account will be added to our "Military Mamas" group and you will automatically receive a 10% discount off of future orders. We truly appreciate your service. Military Discount does not apply to Cotton Babies or GroVia products according to manufacturer policy. Discount does not apply to special sales items or manufacturer-sponsored sales (ie, BG buy 5 get one free, GV Gro to Go). ONE DISCOUNT AT A TIME. Orders of in-stock merchandise placed before noon will normally ship on the same day, but this is not 100% guaranteed. Orders placed after noon on weekdays will frequently ship same-day, or absolutely ship the following day. Drop ship items ordered before noon will be ordered same-day and shipped according to the manufacturer’s standards. If there will be a delay in shipping or a backorder, we will contact you via the email address you provide us with at checkout. We ship within the United States and APO/FPO addresses and US Territories via USPS Priority mail with delivery confirmation, First Class or Parcel Post or occasionally UPS for heavier packages. Free shipping (purchases over $45.00) may be shipped via the method of our choice. If you require faster shipping, please contact us for additional charges. WE DO NOT SHIP INTERNATIONALLY. Pick-up is available in San Antonio in the Alamo Heights area at 6104 Broadway Suite C-4 (78209) during store hours or by appointment.
Customer satisfaction is our number one priority.
If you are not satisfied with a purchase for any reason, you may return it for a *full refund (less any shipping charges) or exchange within 30 days of date of purchase, provided the item is still in original packaging and unused. If the product is defective, we will work with you to get a replacement or repair from the manufacturer.* Please ask for manufacturer warranty information specific to the products purchased, if needed.
After 30 days, items may only be returned for STORE CREDIT.
Gently Used, Clearance and Consignment items are FINAL SALE.

Opened or used baby carriers returned within 30 days, that cannot be sold as brand-new-in-box, are subject to a restocking fee at the owner’s discretion based on carrier’s condition.
We cannot accept returns on skin care items or laundry detergent for hygiene reasons. Thank you for understanding!
Return & buy-back policies on cloth diapers:
Cloth Diapers- We cannot refund the full purchase price for used diapers, including diapers washed but not worn. Please check for correct size and any defects prior to washing and using. We recommend washing and using 1 diaper before prepping an entire package. This gives you the option to get a full refund if the diaper is not what you expected, or doesn’t work for you, or fit your baby. Every baby & diaper is different-protect your investment!
Used diapers must be returned within 30 days of purchase (or of baby’s birth) and 75% of the purchase price will be given in STORE CREDIT.
We will only buy back gently used diapers purchased new from Go, Baby, Go! if the following criteria are met:
Diapers do not show signs of undue wear.
Diapers are clean with no rips, stains, tears, pet hair or smoke-smell.
Diapers have been cared for properly and have no fabric softener or detergent residue.
Gently Used diapers older than 30 day policy may be consigned with us for 60% of the sales price in store credit or 50% of sales price in cash.
*If an item is defective: Most manufacturers offer warranties on their items that we carry in our store. Please contact us by phone or email email@example.com if you receive a defective item. We will work with you to fix the problem immediately. Most manufacturers prefer that consumers work directly with them to replace the product. We can fix broken snaps on diapers we sold to you on site while you wait if you would rather not send the diaper back to the manufacturer. This would not be covered under their warranty; it is a service we provide for diapers we sell. We fix any other snaps for $1 each.

The security of our transactions and your privacy is most important to us. Therefore, we will never sell or distribute your name or other information to a 3rd party and this information is only used for Go, Baby, Go! purposes. Your credit card transactions are processed through PayPal; therefore we never see your credit card number through online sales
Customer Loyalty Rewards Program:
We love our customers! We have an in-store rewards program for our local customers. Due to the extreme time constraints of bookkeeping and updating, loyalty points may only be redeemed in person at our local San Antonio store using your assigned discount card.
