I have only used the microfiber ones! I love them! They hold so much, wash really easy and don't stain as much as others. I also never get stink issues with them. These are amazing, even at night!

I love these inserts in the microfiber. In the daytime I use one layer, but at bedtime I use the extra snap-on layer for extra protection. My son is a heavy wetter, and and sleeps about 11 hours straight. He wakes up without any leaks, and and all the moisture traps into the insert well.

The Rumparooz 6r soakers are really great and versatile. The microfiber inserts are extremely absorbent and soft, and seem resistant to stains. The bamboo feels super soft and plush, yet so thin and absorbent.
NOTE: The hemp inserts wash up really poorly. They are highly absorbent, but don't seem to be sewn properly and bunch up every wash. I quit using them and will be switching to the bamboo inserts for night time.
