The mama at Go, Baby, Go! searched high and low to find the best prefold diaper for the money. This is not the world's cheapest prefold diaper; rather, it is a quality diaper that will last from child to child, is extremely soft and cozy, and superbly absorbent. The Sweet Pea Indian Cotton prefold is the ultimate in quality and value.
These luxuriant Sweet Pea Indian Cotton Prefold Diapers are quick to prep, easy to care for, and simple to use. Made from natural, unbleached Indian cotton, these diapers are soft and very absorbent. Compare them to Green Mountain diapers; they will be soft, thick and luxuriant for years to come.
Like all of our cotton prefolds, these luxuriant Indian Cotton Prefold Diapers are Diaper Service Quality (DSQ) at 4x8x4 layers.
We recommend 36 diapers for newborns (up to 6 months), 18 for babies 6-18 months, and 12 for 18 months and up.

I love the sweet pea prefolds, completely absorbant and long lasting. The only negative comment I give is when you buy them you need to wash many times before use, otherwise great product.

My son was born 10.4 lbs. We have 24 of each size of these diapers. He has been exclusively cloth diapered since day one, and these prefolds are what we use during the day. He wore the newborn size (green edging) for two weeks. Then my friend had a baby (born 7.5 lbs), and she borrowed them from me. Her baby wore then for six weeks. Then my son moved up to infant size (purple edging), and wore those until he was about fifteen pounds. Now he is in the regular size (blue edging). I like that you can fold them multiple ways. Even after you prep them, they do continue to shrink a bit, but eventually they stop shrinking. They stain from EBF poop, but hanging them on a line in the sun bleaches them right out. I'm very happy with them, and know I will use them with our future kids as well.

We have used at least half a dozen brands of prefolds and these are by far the best. They are soft and absorbent, and the shape (we use Baby size) is just a little bit shorter and wider than every other pre fold I've tried - perfect for my 26-pounder. If I had to start CDing all over again with what I know now, these would absolutely be my go-to prefolds and "daily drivers."

We were new to CDing and wanted to start out as simple, and efficient, as we could. Liz told us that prefolds are a great starting point and so we bought up 2 dozens of the infant size sweet pea prefolds. I personally love them! Once the learned curve was met, I feel that these diapers hold more and pull away more than any of my other diapers. I would've given 5 stars except that I don't think the sizing chart is very accurate. My LO is roughly 12 lbs and its getting a little more difficult to get the good angle fold we like...

Cloth diapering can become pricey with all the different systems, opt for a simple and economical prefold such as Sweet Pea. These prefolds after a few washes are soft, plump, and super absorbent. Plus, these can be passed down to the next babe saving you money.

Cloth diapering can become expensive but the traditional, simple, and most economical way to go are prefolds! Use these prefolds as your main cd system at home. These prefolds after a few washes begin to plump up and become super absorbent when paired with a cover (i.e. Thirsties Duo Wrap, Wool, RaR, etc.). I also recommend these for night time diapering by inserting an insert (MF, Hemp, Bamboo) and using a cover. Overall, these can be reused with future babes saving you money two-fold!

I love the old-school diapers, but not the folding. This prefold doesn't have too much extra fabric to have to fold in, keeping it trimmer than most. I love how fluffy it is and that it's wide enough to Snappi around my 11-month-old without worrying about the Snappi reaching his skin. I've got the "Baby" sized ones and they work really well. The cotton is much softer than my other prefolds.
